Junko is an alchemist and vegetable sommelier who is taking inspired plant based dining and lifestyle experiences to the next level of delight and nourishment. With her passion for healthy cuisine, she prioritizes supporting local farms to source fresh, in-season ingredients. The care she infuses in her food is notable. Junko is a graduate of the Graphic Design Department of Tama Art University, Tokyo.

Mike Savage is a multi-dimensional creative who possesses a deep knowledge of art, culture, architecture and furniture. He is a super-connector with an extensive network of talented makers and international business leaders across the world. Mike holds a BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He studied architecture at Northeastern University and completed Columbia University's acclaimed painting intensive in Paris, France.
